Terms of service

These are the terms for using this site, the free scan, and, if you sign up, the Grinza service. Plain language on purpose. If you have a question about what something means, ask us before you sign.

The free scan

The scan is provided as-is. It reads what your site publicly serves and reports what it finds. It's a good indicator, not a guarantee, and it can't see everything — some findings need a person to confirm. You may only scan sites you own or are authorized to review.

The service

Grinza rebuilds and hosts your website, publishes content on your behalf, and keeps your listings current, as described on the pricing page for the plan you choose.

Term. Plans run for twelve months from your start date and are billed monthly. After twelve months, your plan continues month to month and you can cancel at any time with thirty days' notice.

Setup. The rebuild fee is waived on a twelve-month plan. If you cancel before the twelve months are up, the waived setup fee ($1,500) becomes due, along with the remaining months on your term.

Your content. You own your business name, logo, photos, and the words on your site. You give us permission to use them to build and run your site and to publish content for you. Content we write for you is yours once it's published.

Your domain. Your domain stays registered in your name. We manage its DNS while you're a client. When you leave, we point it wherever you tell us to.

Leaving. When your plan ends, we give you a complete copy of your site's files within fourteen days. We'll keep your site live for thirty days after your last payment so nothing goes dark while you move.

What we need from you. Accurate business details, timely approval of the initial rebuild, and access to your domain registrar for the one-time switch.

What we don't promise. We can't guarantee that any AI assistant or search engine will recommend your business, or rank you anywhere. Those systems belong to other companies and change without notice. We promise to keep your site accurate, current, readable by machines, and up.

Uptime. Your site runs on a global content network. If it's down for more than 24 hours in a month because of us, that month is free.

Limits. Our liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the previous twelve months. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost business.

Ending things for cause. Either side can end the agreement immediately if the other breaks these terms and doesn't fix it within fourteen days of being told.

Where. These terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire.
