This is what Grinza collects, why, and what we do with it. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

When you scan a site

We fetch the public pages of the web address you enter, the same way a browser or search engine would. We store the address, the results, and a short random ID so we can show you the report again. We do not log in to anything, probe for weaknesses, or touch anything that isn't publicly served.

When you enter your email

We attach it to your scan so we can send you the report link and follow up. That follow-up is a short series of emails about your results and our service. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works the first time.

When you become a client

We hold your business details, the content of your site, your domain settings, and billing information. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run Grinza — hosting, email, payments, and our CRM — and only for that purpose. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Scan results are deleted after ninety days unless you've become a client. Client data is kept for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back or need your files.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@grinza.com and a person will reply.
